The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards in Nuriootpa, Dorrien and Eden Valley.

Each vineyard parcel open fermented with plunging and pumping over twice daily, prior to basket pressing to extract the soft tannins. The wine is matured using only older French oak hogsheads to respect the individual parcels and add layers of subtle background oak.

Vibrant, dark red in colour, the Cabernet Sauvignon nose is lifted, complex with cassis, and blackcurrant fruits coming through with a touch of oak spice. Deep and brooding this wine is a full -bodied classic, rich in flavour and  long mouthfilling finish.
